Finding Spiritual Wonder in the Mirror of the Soul Through Journaling

When I am in a space of wonder, the process of taking in thought and feeling of the heart, I tend to get frustrated. I do not want to lose the information that is coming to me; I want to remember it, that process of taking in thought and feeling.

But if I stray from the language of the heart, I lose the message I am to learn, always fearful of forgetting and always wanting to write it down so I can remember.

So, who are we?

Our journey involves uncovering who we are through the lessons life teaches us and the decisions we make, which reveal our true selves. Also, the experiences of others that we observe, sense, or hear can shape us depending on how we embrace and internalize them. Yet, do these experiences really define who we are?

When we look deep into our eyes and wonder who we truly are as a child of God, sometimes we forget who we are, or maybe we never really wondered, and then what do we do?

Does it define us through the challenges to refine love along the way?

Do we look in the mirror and only see the wrinkles on our face? Do we feel we need empathy for ourselves for a deeper understanding, no matter what the challenges we face each day? As we look in the mirror a little deeper and recall the strength, love, and desire we have to be the best we can be, well then, we can grow with each new thing we learn. Love creates beauty, tears create hope, and our hearts hold love deeper than we can imagine. We are fully connected to our Heavenly Father, no matter where we are in life. Whether we are soaring with inspiration or we are in the depths of darkness, we are His. We are intelligent. We are who we choose to make of ourselves; this helps us define who we are in all aspects.

Love defines who you are, while always reaching for knowledge.❤️
